C5/C6 Corvette Power Steering Pumps
Our Corvette pumps use true GM housings to ensure the highest quality replacement/upgrade pump available. Our steering pumps are fully compatible bolt-in replacements for all editions of both C5 and C6 Corvette engines, including the LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6 and LS7. Corvette pumps can also be used as upgrade pumps for any aftermarket accessory drive kit that is using Corvette spacing.

Non-ZR1 Corvettes from 1984-1996 ran reverse rotation pumps that were spun off the backside of the serpentine belt. New parts are not available for these pumps, however, with the use of your existing pump core, we can build you an upgraded 95% new pump. We make the process simple, the hardest part being that you need to send us your current pump. Once we have the pump, the build turnaround is less than one week to build your new pump.

Our billet aluminum Corvette pulleys are light, strong, and provide easy access to pump mounting bolts. Compared to the weak and brittle stock C5 pulleys, these offer a stronger replacement that can handle higher RPMs. Compared to the steel C6 pulley, these are just as strong and provide over 1 pound of weight savings.
Corvette Power Steering Fittings
If you’re looking to change your stock o-ring style hose connections to AN-6, or if you’re working with an LS swap and need a different flow rate to make your steering feel normal, we have a variety of restrictors and fittings that will make your life easy and your vehicle’s steering feel great.

Corvette Power Steering Rebuilding Services
Our professional rebuilding services are second to none. We don’t swap the components you send us – we rebuild YOUR part to OEM specs (or above with performance rebuilds) and send YOUR part back to you. Whether it’s a manual steering box that’s leaking, a rack and pinion you want to refresh, or a C6 pump that needs upgrading to handle the autocross track, our expert technicians properly disassemble, inspect and rebuild your component with brand new seals. We also dyno test each part before we ship to ensure it is functioning to proper specifications!

LS Swaps with Corvette Components
The Corvette accessory drive setup is a commonly-used configuration in LS-swapped vehicles. We can modify the pump to work with a variety of steering gears like Saginaw steering boxes, various OEM rack & pinion gears, as well as aftermarket steering gears to make your steering feel normal and provide optimized road feel.
C1 Corvettes
We can rebuild manual C1 steering boxes. The rebuild entails replacing all rubber seals and checking all hard components to ensure the box is in top working order. Boxes are tested to ensure smooth manual operation across full rotational cycle.
C2 Corvettes
While we don’t offer any brand new products that are drop-in upgrades for stock C2 Corvette setups, we commonly rebuild both C2 manual and power steering boxes, as well as stock pumps to ensure that the steering components are in the best possible condition. We can also configure power steering pumps on engine-swapped vehicles that use a GM Type II steering pump. C2 Corvettes have become popular for high-end protouring builds and often have LS-based engine swaps. Many well-known autocrossing C2s run a Turn One high performance steering pump to handle large tires, hydroboost and hard driving.
C3 Corvettes
Third gen Corvettes have become a sought-after platform to build custom and protouring style street and race cars. Our boxes are not drop in replacements, however we do services both stock boxes and our competitors’ aftermarket steering boxes to upgrade ratios and steering efforts – getting you the perfect steering feel for your C3. As stock engines were majorly lacking in power during this era, LS-based engine swaps are extremely popular on this generation. Turn One offers a variety of LS-compatible pumps, so upgrading the power steering pump on a performance C3 build is extremely easy and often necessary to handle increased wheel loads from wide tires, suspension upgrades, and hard driving.
C4 Corvettes
Due to some inherent issues with the C4 rack and pinion gear, we see many of these racks for service, and are able to permanently fix the valve housing wear problems during our rebuild process. We can also service and upgrade C4 power steering pumps. As most pump applications were reverse-rotation, there is no brand-new replacement, however we can still rebuild and upgrade stock pumps to handle vehicle modifications and harder driving.
C5 and C6 Corvettes
C5 and C6 Corvettes are considered a specialty for us, and we have brand new components for both these generations, as well as do a large quantity of pump, and rack and pinion, rebuilds every year. We offer brand new performance steering pumps/pulleys that are drop-in replacements for the stock components. We can rebuild and upgrade stock pumps to either our HP1 and HP2 pump configurations, and we can rebuild steering racks to ensure they are in top shape and ready for the street or the track!
C7 and C8 Corvettes
The C7 generation switched from hydraulic steering to electric-assist rack and pinion systems. At this time, we are unable to work on, or modify, electric racks but are working to be able to provide this service in the future.
