All customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to complete a purchase, regardless of product type. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions

The purchaser acknowledges that products sold by Turn One, Inc. are manufactured for racing applications. The purchaser acknowledges that racing is a dangerous sport. The purchaser agrees that he/she will not use Turn One products while under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance. The purchaser and his/her heirs, successors, assigns, and/or privies, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Turn One and its owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, related parties and entities, and privies, harmless from all liability, loss, damage, expense, claim, demand, suit, proceeding, fine, penalty, cost, or judgment Turn One may have arising out of or relating to any of Turn One’s products. By opening any package from Turn One, I, as the purchaser, agree and accept the terms stated above.

Ordering & Processing

To ensure a high-quality performance product, Turn One custom-builds everything to order. Any lead times communicated by Turn One, whether published on the website or given by other means of communication, are estimated. These times can change at any time without notice. Turn One will communicate with the customer if there is a change in lead time as soon as possible. If there are specific time constraints, those need to be presented with the order, and we will address them accordingly. However, this may result in expedited fees and may require expedited shipping methods, which the customer will be responsible for. 

While we try to process each order as quickly as possible, we cannot always process orders the same day they are submitted. If you require expedited processing, you MUST call to check same-day shipping accommodations. Do NOT make the assumption that your order will ship the same-day. Please allow for the following internal processing times:
New Components: 7-10 business days
Rebuilt Rack & Pinion Units: 7-10 business days
Fittings, pulleys, and accessories: 1-2 business days
Rebuilds: *Depends entirely on the part we are rebuilding. Call for up-to-date estimates.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.

For payments being applied to Turn One’s rebuilding services, the online fee is used as a deposit payment only. This does not reflect the entire or final cost of any individual rebuild. By submitting a deposit via our online checkout process, you are giving Turn One permission to re-bill the same payment method for the remaining rebuilding fees and shipping charges once work is complete and ready to be shipped.

If, for any reason, the payment method is declined for the remaining charges, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/email. We will make two attempts to contact you. If you do not respond to our attempts within 15 days, storage and admin fees will be assessed. If you do not respond to our attempts within 90 days, the product will then become the property of Turn One.

Shipping

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. UPS only guarantees delivery on Next Day Air shipping. Consider any shipping or transit time given to you by Turn One or other parties as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Orders with expedited shipping options (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc) will be shipped via that method once the order is completed and ready to ship. Choosing an expedited shipping option does not guarantee expedited processing. 

Turn One will pass along any additional fees from shipping carriers that are a result of customer errors in the shipping or handling process. These will be charged at a later time to the same credit card as your online order, and you will receive a notification of the charge. Some common occurrences of extra fees that are assessed at a later time:

  • Incorrect addresses entered on your order can result in a fee that carriers charge to correct your address error. Please enter your shipping information carefully and double-check it to ensure it is accurate.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver to your address, or if you refuse the shipment, and the package is returned to us, there will be an additional fee that will be assessed.

Back-Ordered Items

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for normal shipment timeframes. You may cancel your order at any time before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA number obtained from Turn One’s Customer Service Department. Please understand that products marked on clearance or those that are customized uniquely for your application may not be refundable. If you feel the product you ordered does not fit in your application for some reason, Turn One will gladly refund or exchange the product within 30 days from the date on your receipt, as long as the product has not been installed or attempted to be installed. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to refunds. Products that have been installed are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs to or from Turn One will not be covered or refunded in the event of a return/exchange. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you must be reported and rectified within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Custom flow restrictors (those that have a part number ending in any number other than “0”) are able to be returned, minus a 50% restocking fee, as long as they meet the criteria listed above.

Rebuilding Services

PLEASE READ. Customers should be aware that some units may be considered non-rebuildable due to excessively worn or damaged components. A unit may also be non-rebuildable if it uses non-OEM components that we are unable to service, or will not work with our OEM-spec replacement parts, like rings, seals, gaskets, o-rings, etc. Customers should be aware that the online deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit covers our work involved in processing, part inventory, tearing down, cleaning, and inspecting the unit once it arrives. Once the online rebuild deposit and checkout are completed, customers have 30 days to ship their item to Turn One for the rebuild. If we have not received your item after 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and will be closed out. This will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please do not perform the checkout process until you are ready to ship to avoid this. We understand that there are circumstances beyond your control that can delay shipment. If that occurs, please contact us within the 30-day window, and we will be happy to work with you to make special arrangements. By completing the online rebuild deposit and checkout, you are agreeing to all rebuild terms and conditions listed on this page.

By completing Turn One’s online checkout process, the customer whose name appears on the order authorizes Turn One, Inc. to perform the rebuilding service required. To properly rebuild the power steering component(s), some internal components may need to be repaired or replaced. If repairing or replacing is required, the customer authorizes Turn One, Inc. to make the necessary repairs up to $50 above the starting price of the rebuild. If the necessary repairs are estimated to be above $50, Turn One, Inc. will contact the customer to get prior approval before proceeding. Turn One, Inc. accepts no responsibility for items attached to the power steering component(s), including, but not limited to, pulleys, brackets, hoses, pitman arms, and tie rods. If those items, or anything of the like, are included with the component(s), Turn One, Inc. will assess a fee, at our discretion, per item to remove. Turn One, Inc. is not responsible for the reinstallation of said items. Turn One, Inc. accepts no responsibility if an item is damaged during removal.

Once the rebuild is completed, the customer authorizes Turn One, Inc. to collect the remaining balance owed for rebuilding services, including any additional charges from the rebuild, as well as charges for return shipping, by billing the same payment method used for the online deposit.

If there are specific time constraints, those need to be presented with the order, and we will address them accordingly. However, this may result in expedited fees and may require expedited shipping methods, which the customer will be responsible for. For rebuilds, lead times start when we receive your unit to be rebuilt. Please factor in shipping time accordingly. Lead times do not include return shipping. If expedited shipping is required, please note this during the checkout process. 

NOTE: For customers sending in components for rebuild – these MUST NOT leak into the packaging. Carriers will often withhold these packages for contamination/safety and charge a fee. This also results in a 1-2 week delay for us receiving your package.

Core Exchanges

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of the core for it to be inspected, processed, and a refund issued to the credit card used for the initial purchase. 

To receive full credit, the core must be viable and rebuildable. This means that the core is free of irreparable damage. Turn One Inc. reserves the right to deduct from the amount stated if the core is not in adequate shape. If the core is not in a viable, rebuildable condition, Turn One will contact the customer, stating as such, and will make an offer on the core. The customer reserves the right to refuse the offer and can request the core be returned at their expense. Turn One is not liable for lost or damaged shipments being returned to the customer.

Warranty

We stand behind our products 100%. Turn One warrants that the products and services will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of sale to the original purchaser. Turn One makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We will have no obligation under the warranty where the defect is the result of improper or abnormal use, the user’s negligence, vehicle accident, incorrect installation or maintenance, or if the product has been repaired, modified, or altered in any way. Turn One’s liability in the case of the defective products subject to warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement, at Turn One’s discretion, of the faulty products. Turn One will be the sole judge of warranty claims, and we do not authorize any other person to determine such claims. Consequential or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

To be eligible for service under this warranty, you must contact Turn One to obtain an RMA number. The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Please tag each item with a specific explanation of the defect. Turn One will inspect the part and determine if it is eligible for repair or replacement, and, if so, determine whether to repair or replace it. All returns must be shipped prepaid to Turn One.

If Turn One deems the product to be repaired or replaced under warranty, Turn One will return the product to the customer by UPS ground shipping at Turn One’s expense. Any expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
