Description
Standard Rebuild
Starts at $400
Our rebuild process involves disassembly, thorough inspection of your box and all components, cleaning, and proper reassembly with a new seal kit. The standard rebuild includes maintaining your factory internals and factory pump settings. If you’re happy with your current pump, this is a great way to breathe new life into it and ensure it is functioning top-notch.
Why the “starts at” cost?
The final cost can’t be determined until we actually get the box, dyno test it, and have it apart to inspect components. Obviously, some boxes may require new hard parts due to wear, pitting, or failure. We reuse as many components as we can to keep costs down. Ultimately, we care about the quality and performance of your box, so replacement parts may be required, which will affect the final cost of your rebuild.
Valve Adjustment
$300
If you’re looking to get a lighter or heavier steering effort out of your steering box, we can make valve adjustments during your rebuild to change the box effort and fine-tune the desired steering feel.
Ratio Changes
$Variable
Turn One steering boxes, as well as some other steering boxes, can be rebuilt and changed to provide different steering ratios for driver preference. If you’re interested in adjusting your box ratio, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Expedited Service
$200
We understand that sometimes you need your rebuild done, and fast. We offer expedited services, which moves your steering box to the top of our rebuild priority, so it’s worked on more quickly. While this does prioritize the rebuild, we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround. Keep in mind that if the steering box needs additional work or replacement parts, it will add time to the rebuild process.
Please refer to the Rebuild Checkout Process before placing your order
1. Remove your steering box from your vehicle, and make sure that it has been entirely drained of fluid.
2. Select your desired box rebuilding service. If you're unsure about the difference in these services, an explanation of each service is provided below in the service description. Also, select whether or not you would like an expedited turnaround.
3. Complete all required fields in the checkout process regarding your vehicle and your box. This provides us with the necessary information about your part. NOTE: The online checkout is only a deposit for the rebuilding service. There will be a second charge to the same credit card after the rebuild is complete, covering the outstanding balance, which includes additional costs incurred during the rebuild as well as shipping costs.
5. Print your receipt and include a copy with your shipment so that we know it belongs to you. Alternatively, you can write your ORDER # on the packaging as well. We recommend packaging the part well to protect it during shipping.
6. Send us your box!
Our shipping address is:
