Turn One stands behind our products 100%. Turn One warrants that the products will be free from defect in workmanship for 30 days from date of sale to the original purchaser. Turn One makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Turn One will have no obligation under the warranty where the defect is the result of improper or abnormal use, the users negligence, vehicle accident, improper or incorrect installation or maintenance, or when the product has been repaired, modified, or altered in any way. Turn One’s liability in the case of the defective products subject to warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement, at Turn One’s discretion, of the defective products. Turn One will be the sole judge of warranty claims. Turn One does not authorize anyone else to determine warranty claims. Consequential or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must return the defective part to Turn One together with an R.M.A. number issued from Turn One and a copy of your receipt showing purchase within the past 30 days. Tag each item with a specific explanation of the defect. Turn One will inspect the part and determine if it is eligible for repair or replacement, and, if so, whether to repair or replace it. All returns must be shipped pre-paid to Turn One.
If Turn One deems the product to be repaired or replaced under warranty, Turn One will return the product to the customer by UPS ground shipping at Turn One’s expense. Any expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions
I think my pump may be defective, what should I do?
For power steering pumps, we highly recommend doing a thorough review of your steering system and accessory drive to ensure there is not another component causing issues that is being attributed to the pump. For instance, if you think the pump is making noise/squeaking, make sure the belt is not rubbing or that another accessory is making noise or that a hose or reservoir is introducing air into the fluid above the pump. If you still believe or would like it checked, call us or complete the Customer Support Contact Form and we will determine the best course of action.
Why is there no mileage number on your warranties?
Although other companies do warranty by “miles” our products do not have a one-size-fits all application, and therefore must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Most of our products are being installed in extremely demanding conditions that are hard on power steering components. While our products are designed to perform better and for longer, they are still a wearable component that has a lifespan, which may be longer or shorter depending on the vehicle and driving conditions.
How long does warranty evaluation take?
All of our warrantied products are function checked directly out of the return box, and we try and prioritize these products to the top of our list. This is to see what operating & testing specifications have changed since we shipped the product out. If necessary, we also may do a partial or full disassembly of the part in order to see internal components, wear patterns, etc., to determine a cause of failure. Because warranties are handled case-by-case, we can’t guarantee a specific turnaround on evaluation or fix, but we promise to be as fast as possible.
Is there any costs associate with warranty claims?
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. If we determine that the product is defective, we will fix any issues and ship the product back to you at no cost. If we determine that there is no issue with the product, there may be charges, depending on the method needed for checking the part over. Products that must be dyno tested as part of the evaluation may be subject to our standard dyno rate of $100, and return shipping will be charged as well.
