Return Policy

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA number obtained from Turn One’s Customer Service Department. Please understand that products marked on clearance or those that are customized uniquely for your application may not be refundable. If the product that you ordered does not work in your application for some reason, Turn One will gladly exchange the product within 30 days from the date on your receipt. Turn One will refund the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days from the purchase date, as long as it is in new/unused condition. Products that have been installed are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs to or from Turn One will not be covered or refunded in the event of a return/exchange. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you must be reported and rectified within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Fitting Returns

Damaged fittings are not eligible for return. Damage includes dings or gouges that are a result of rough installation/removal or over-tightening. For fittings that have already been installed, the return and percentage refund will be at the discretion of Turn One.

Fittings that end in the number “0” are eligible for the return policy mentioned above. Custom fittings (those that end in any number other than “0”) are able to be returned if in new/unused condition and not damaged, minus a 40% restocking fee.
