I purchased a product through Summit Racing, can I get an ETA on my order?

No. For privacy reasons customer information is not shared between Summit Racing and Turn One and therefore no information is tagged with our internal orders. We build and ship all components as fast as possible, but occasionally there are backorders which cause build delays.

I purchased a product through a different retailer, can I return it or exchange it through Turn One?

No. If you purchased one of our products through a different retailer (for instance, Summit Racing), you are subject to their return policy and must work with them to return or exchange it. We will not be able to assist you with an order from another retail outlet.
