Corvette Cooler Highlights

Upgrading your Corvette power steering hose has never been easier! On base models that did not have a factory cooler, our kit adds a power steering cooler. On Z06 models that had a factory cooler, our kit upgrades the cooler by drastically increasing the design efficiency of heat dissipation. Our kit provides better power steering fluid cooling and easy hose conversion to AN-6 braided lines. The cooler is designed to mount in the Z06 location on the cradle for good air flow and easy access.

This kit was designed for use on the C5 Corvette platform to replace the factory Z06 cooler or to add a cooler to base model vehicles. Due to vehicle variation, some lines may not fit as intended and may require additional modifications. The kit can be used on the C6 Corvette platform with some modifications.

ATTENTION C6 CORVETTE OWNERS: Due to ABS module interference, an AN hose connection and the required adapter on the reservoir may not fit as intended. A slip-fit hose and a different adapter on the cooler may be necessary and are not supplied as part of this kit.

The HP1 Series Corvette pump is a perfect upgrade for your C5 or C6. Starting with a true GM Type 2 OEM Corvette pump, we modify the internals to perform better, reducing fluid temperatures and saving engine horsepower to operate the pump. All Turn One power steering pumps are 100% new and hand-built in the USA, then individually dyno tested to ensure top quality and performance before being installed in your Corvette.
