Corvette Cooler Highlights

Upgrading your Corvette power steering hose has never been easier! On base models without a factory cooler, our kit adds a power steering cooler. On Z06 models with a factory cooler, our kit upgrades the cooler by significantly increasing heat-dissipation efficiency. Our kit provides better power steering fluid cooling and easy hose conversion to AN-6 braided lines. The cooler is designed to mount in the Z06 location on the cradle for good air flow and easy access.

This kit was designed for use on the C5 Corvette platform to replace the factory Z06 cooler or to add a cooler to base model vehicles. Due to vehicle variation, some lines may not fit as intended, and they may require additional modifications. The kit can be used on the C6 Corvette platform with some modifications.

ATTENTION C6 CORVETTE OWNERS: Due to ABS module interference, the AN hose connection and required adapter for the reservoir may not fit as intended. A slip-fit hose and a different adapter on the cooler may be necessary and are not supplied as part of this kit.

The HP2 Series Corvette pump offers additional customization options for your C5 or C6. Starting with true GM Type II OEM pumps, we modify the internals to perform better, reducing fluid temperatures and saving engine horsepower. All Turn One power steering pumps are 100% new. They are hand-built in the USA and individually dyno tested to ensure top quality and performance.

We highly recommend our exclusive driveshaft safety upgrade for supercharger applications. The extreme torque that many engine and supercharger combinations put on the accessory drive can, in rare cases, cause the driveshaft to traverse from the driveshaft bearing, causing immediate pump failure. Our safety upgrade on the driveshaft ensures that this cannot happen, protecting your pump, engine, and vehicle from potential damage.
